I began working as a graphic designer in 1995 and began developing websites in 1997. My passion for internet marketing prompted me to start my own small business in 1998, which was purchased by a Southwestern Colorado newspaper two years later. As the Manager of Web Development, I played a pivitol role in the newspaper’s transition from a traditional media to a leading online resource for local news and information.

I currently direct iCrossing's search group headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. I provide training and leadership for the company’s SEO division and work with more than 30 talented and passionate search experts to develop best practices that are implemented throughout the company – and respected throughout the industry.

I have helped to develop successful online strategies for some of the largest brands in the world, across all verticals.
